We Love Falafel (or to be precise, We ♥ Falafel) is one of my favourite places to go to for a delicious quick bite to eat in Brighton. As the name suggests, falafel, that wonderful Middle Eastern chickpea delight takes centre stage. There are usually 4 flavours on offer: original, sweet potato, beetroot and the daily special. The daily special has ranged from curry, Chinese five spice, Christmas nut roast and paprika – an eclectic mix! You can have your falafel served in one of five ways: a salad wrap, a salad wrap with halloumi, a cheese melt wrap, a salad box or a mixed falafel box. Each of these options have various accompaniments such as homemade houmous, a selection of salads and yogurt sauce. The specials tend to be accompanied with different sauces depending on the flavour – for example the Christmas special came with a cranberry sauce.
